Bidding Instructions

Our online bidding platform provides an easy and efficient way to submit your bids. Using the platform will allow you to easily enter and submit bids to the auction.
Once logged in, you will be able to set your credit and buying limit and then proceed to bid online.

Please follow the below instructions to submit your bids online for this auction:

Set Credit & Buying Limit: In order to bid in this and all future auctions, you must first set a credit limit.
a) A credit limit is a credit line that allows you to bid in this and all future auctions. This may be set using your credit card in the “Credit Limit” section located within this tab or by submitting a deposit check to your account manager in our office. Once a deposit is submitted, your account will be set for bidding in this auction as well as in future auctions. Please contact our office if you plan on bidding over $1,000,000 and need to increase your credit limit.

b) This tab will also allow you to set a buying limit for the particular auction in which you are bidding. A buying limit must be set for each auction you participate in. To set a limit, enter your buying limit amount in the “Buying Limit” field. If you do not have a limit, please check off the “No Limit” button. Once the amount is entered, please select the “Update” button and your Buying Limit value will appear on the main catalog page.


Enter Your Bids - Catalog: To bid on a lot, please type in the price per carat, total, or discount (when applicable) and all other fields will automatically calculate. Once completed, select the “Save” icon on the right-hand side above the catalog. The total of the bids will be listed in the “Unsubmitted Bids” line on the top left of the catalog. Please note, bids are not yet submitted, until you save them in the “Review & Submit” tab.

Review & Submit: To submit your bid(s), you must accept the terms and conditions and then select the “Submit” button. If you wish to change your bid on a lot, please click the “pencil” icon where you will be able to edit a bid. Please note, bids will not be submitted until the “Submit” button is selected. Once you have completed your bids please review them, as all submitted bids are final.

Submitted bids may be edited or canceled up until the auction closing by clicking on the gold “Submitted Bids” box at the top-right of each page. Once on the “Submitted Bids” page, select the pencil icon next to the bid you would like to edit and select the “Save” icon on the top right-hand side of the page above your bids once the changes are made.

The edited bid will then become an “Unsubmitted Bid” and you must go to the “Review and Submit” tab and accept the Terms & Conditions and then submit that bid.

To cancel any of your bids, please select the “X” icon and confirm that you wish to remove your bid.

Please note, once the auction closes you will be unable to make any revisions to your submitted bids and all bids will be final.

Upon bid submission, a confirmation email including a detailed summary of all bids submitted will be sent to you confirming the receipt of your bids. All submitted bids may also be viewed in the “My Account” page located on the black ribbon at the top of the page.
